1. Who we are
This website is operated by KK Web Co., a web design and local SEO studio in Albuquerque, New Mexico, owned by Matt Ward. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean KK Web Co. and its owner. You can reach us at matt@kkwebco.com or (505) 594-5505.
This policy explains what information this website collects, why, with whom it is shared, and the choices you have. It applies to kkwebco.com and its pages.
2. Information you give us
You only share personal information with us when you choose to use one of the site's forms:
- Contact form: your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, what you need, your current website address, and any details you add about your project.
- Free full audit request: your email address, the website address you entered, and the answers you checked in the instant audit.
- Consultation booking: your name, email address, preferred day and time, meeting format, and optional website address.
The instant audit scorecard, the cost estimator, the plan finder, and the SEO preview all run inside your own browser. Nothing you type into those tools is sent to us unless you submit one of the forms above.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you send only for these purposes:
- replying to your message and answering your questions
- preparing your website audit, estimate, or written scope
- scheduling and holding your consultation
- delivering any project you hire us to complete, and keeping ordinary business records
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. We will not add you to a mailing list without asking first.
4. Service providers we use
A few trusted services help run this website. They receive only the information needed to do their job:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): delivers form submissions to our email inbox.
- Our email provider: stores the messages we receive and send.
- Google Fonts: supplies the typefaces on this site. When your browser loads them, Google receives your IP address and basic browser information.
- Our web hosting provider: serves the site and may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time of visit, for security and troubleshooting.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.
5. Data sharing
- Customer data is not shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
- Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
6. Cookies and browser storage
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not run analytics. It saves two small preferences in your browser's local storage, and they never leave your device:
- your light or dark display choice, if you switch it
- a temporary plan-finder selection that fills in the cost estimator, which is removed as soon as it's used
You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.
7. The chat assistant
The "Ask KK" assistant on this website answers questions using pre-written replies that run in your browser. Messages you type into it are not sent to us or stored. If you want us to follow up, use the contact form, email, or phone.
8. Do Not Track signals
Because this site does not track visitors over time or across other websites, it does not change its behavior in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals. No third party is permitted to collect information about your online activities over time through this site.
9. How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and project emails only as long as needed to respond, deliver our work, and maintain normal business and tax records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
10. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To make a request, email matt@kkwebco.com. We will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws, and we will honor them.
11. How we protect information
This site is served over a secure HTTPS connection, and we limit access to your information to the people who need it to serve you. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive information such as passwords or payment details through our forms.
12. Children
This website is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Messaging program terms and conditions
- The messaging program consists of general customer care messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers. Messages will be sent from (505) 594-5505.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at matt@kkwebco.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

14. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date below. Significant changes will be noted at the top of this page.
